This venue is located in a quiet district close to the university and bus station, and the staff is extremely helpful.

The staff was helpful, everything was very good. The location was magnificent for traveling around Krakow, close to the city center in 10-15 minutes by walking, a river passing through the walls and the garden. Had tea and goodies at Cukiernia Rodzinna Sliwa, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

This place was just what we had hoped for, can recommend. It was overall clean. - the people were really helpful. - the hotel was in an excellent and unbeatable position really close to a big park, Poland and Kraków. What are your thoughts on this review?

Most of staff pleasent, room clean, cheap.
No lift, breakfast boring and very limited choice of supplies for the bar both alcohol and soft drinks.

Good location, not far from city center. Big comfortable room, Friendly english-speaking staff, very helpfull. Secure parking in the closed yard. Good brekfast buffet. Special feature - tea saloon in the hotel opened till late evening.
